Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Shri Panna Lal Gupta, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants had filed a suit for permanent injunction claiming their Sahan land on the northern side of the house and it was admitted by DW-2 and DW-4 but their evidence has not been considered by the trial court. He prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file the same.
