Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Surendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. Service upon the respondent no . 1 is deemed sufficient, as she has refused to receive the same, however, none has put in appearance on her behalf.
The appellant nos. 1 to 5 and the respondent no. 2 have entered into a compromise dated 15.12.2022, which has been annexed along with the application I.A. No. 2 of 2023 for disposal of second appeal in terms of the compromise.
The compromise has been verified and report to this effect dated 28.2.2024 has been submitted by the Senior Registrar.
In view of above, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise, which shall form part of this order.
