Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
On account of death of learned counsel for the appellant, card notice was issued to the appellants to engage another counsel. As per office report, notice could not be served on account of incomplete address. However there does not seem any other address in the records,therefore no fresh notice can be issued. None has also put in appearance. Therefore this Court has no other option except to dismiss for non prosecution.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
