In this appeal, card notice was issued to the appellant in the connected Second Appeal No.21 of 2011,who has filed this appeal to engage another counsel on account of elevation of counsel for the appellant to the Bench.
As per office report in the aforesaid connected appeal, the sole appellant is reported dead. Neither anybody has put in appearance nor any application for substitution has been filed, therefore the said appeal has abated and dismissed.
In view of above, this appeal also stands abated.
Dismissed accordingly.
