Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and Shri Arshad Hafeez Khan, learned counsels for the respondents.
Shri Arshad Hafeez Khan, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 states on the basis of instructions that respondent no. 2 is willing to go before mediation center of this Court in order to settle the dispute.
Considering the aforesaid let the parties appear before mediation center of this Court on 23.09.2024 which is the date suggested by both learned counsels appearing for the parties.
Let mediation center of this Court make an endeavor to submit its report within next eight weeks.
List this case in the week commencing 02.12.2024 indicating the name of Shri Arshad Hafeez Khan in the cause list from the side of respondents.
Let an amount of Rs 12500/- be remitted by Office to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court within a week of which an amount of Rs 10000/- be released in favour of respondent no. 2 on her first appearance before Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.
As respondent no. 2 has to come from outstation as such she would be entitled for Rs 500 per day of appearance from the applicants except first date.
Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
