After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that inadvertently certain more pleadings and corrections are required in this appeal for the proper adjudication of the present case and prays for withdrawal of the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal/petition.
As prayed by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh appeal/petition.
