Heard Shri A.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Diwakar Singh, learned AGA for the State and Shri Pravin Singh, Advocate who has filed on behalf of the complainant/opposite party no.2, same is taken on record.

As per learned counsel for the applicant, the present applicant is apprehending his arrest in FIR/Case Crime No. 443 of 2024, under Sections 74,352,351(2),64 B.N.S. & Section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Gurubux Ganj, District- Raebareli.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has requested that the present applicant may be given liberty to appear/surrender before the learned court concerned within a period of three weeks from today to apply his regular bail and if he applies for regular bail before the learned court concerned, the same may be disposed of with expedition.

On that, learned counsels for the opposite parties have no objection.

Therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the applicant to appear/surrender before the trial court within a period of three weeks from today and may file his regular bail application. If such bail application is filed, the learned court concerned is directed to dispose of the said bail application expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
