Heard Shri Dharmendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Hari Shanker Maurya, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

By means of this anticipatory bail application, the present applicant has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0378/2024, under Sections 64 (1), 351(2) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station - Sarojini Nagar, District - Lucknow.

In view of the proposed order, the notice to opposite party No.2 is hereby dispensed with as the learned counsel for the applicant has requested that applicant may be permitted to appear/surrender before the learned court concerned within a period of two weeks from today by filing his regular bail application and, if regular bail application is filed, a direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition.

On that, learned A.G.A. has no objection.

Therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue, a liberty is given to the applicant to appear/surrender before the learned court concerned within a period of two weeks' from today and may file his regular bail application and, if such regular bail application is filed, the learned court concerned is directed to dispose of that regular bail application with expedition, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

In view of the aforesaid terms, this application is disposed of finally.
