Heard learned counsel for applicant; learned A.G.A. for State and perused the record.

The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No.619 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 190, 109 of B.N.S., P.S. Kankar Khera, District Meerut, during pendency of trial.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for applicant submits that present anticipatory bail application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another , reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 922" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection.

In view of the above, it is provided that in case the applicant, namely, Gulshan Chaudhari appears before the trial court within two weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra) .

For the period of two weeks from today or till the time of surrender of the applicant before the Court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against him.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
