Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J.
- Vide letter dated 26.9.2024, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi, after making proper enquiry as per Circulars issued by this Court from time to time, has informed that the sole appellant Seema has died.
- In view of death of sole appellant Seema, the appeal has lost its efficacy. Accordingly the jail appeal stands abated .
- Appeal be consigned to the record.
