In pursuance of earlier order of this Court dated 03.05.2024, instructions have been obtained by learned A.G.A., a copy of which has been placed for perusal of this Court and the same is taken on record.

In the meantime, Shri Moti Lal Yadav, Advocate has filed his 'vakalatnama' on behalf of the respondent no.5 and 6, the same is also taken on record. He further submits that sometime be granted for the purpose of filing counter affidavit/objections.

Thus, list this case on 29.05.2024, by which date, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5 and 6 may file counter affidavit/objections.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner before this Court is the mother of the alleged detenue, namely, Shashwat Aman Singh, it is provided that the respondent no.5 and 6 shall facilitate the meeting of the mother- Smt. Sakshi Singh with her son- Shashwat Aman Singh at their residence situated at Asha Nagar, Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi, on 22.05.2024 for three hours between 11:00 am. to 5:00 pm.

It is further provided that having regard to the apprehension shown by the mother- Smt. Sakshi Singh, the S.H.O. of Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi shall provide adequate security to the mother- Smt. Sakshi Singh at the time of such meeting and in this regard the mother of the detenue- Smt. Sakshi Singh before going to the residence of respondent no.5 and 6, at first would inform the S.H.O. of Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi with regard to her intention to go to the residence of respondent no.5 and 6.

6 It is further provided that Station House Officer of Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi shall maintain peace at the

time of the meeting of the mother- Smt. Sakshi Singh with her son and the order of this Court shall be complied in letter and spirit.

To avoid any confusion, it is also provided that the motherSmt. Sakshi Singh would be allowed to take her son, namely, Shashwat Aman Singh in her lap and she may also give her son any toy, etc.

List this case, as directed aforesaid on 29.05.2024.

A copy of this order be immediately sent to the Superintendent of Police, Hardoi as well as to the S.H.O. of Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi for strict compliance.
