Application under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been filed by the appellant-applicant against the judgment and order dated 04.04.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge-I, Lucknow in Case No.2321 of 2016; Mohd. Rizwan Khan vs. Smt. Shabana Abbas, by which learned court below has dismissed the suit of the appellant. However, the appeal has been filed beyond the limitation, therefore, application has been filed for condonation of delay.
