(1) Sri S. B. Pandey, learned Senior Advocate/Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Sri Varun Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 are present.
(2) Let a counter affidavit be filed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 within three weeks and the petitioners will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
(3) List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
(4) At this stage, the interim relief application filed by the petitioners is rejected . However, the compliance of the judgment shall abide by the outcome of the writ petition.
