This First Appeal has been filed under Section 96 C.P.C. against order dated 30.3.2024 passed by Civil Judge(Senior Division), Meerut in Original Suit No.142 of 1992 (Prem Gir(deceased) and others vs. Smt. Santosh Kumar (deceased) and others), by which counter claim filed by defendant nos.1 to 4 was rejected.

It is submitted by learned Senior Advocate that plaintiffsrespondents have also filed First Appeal No. 489 of 2024 against the same impugned judgment which is pending for consideration.
