1. In compliance of the earlier orders, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a Demand Draft of Rs.40,000/- drawn in favour of the appellant towards remains of maintenance allowance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month from August, 2024 to November, 2024 being Demand Draft No.558885 dated 09.11.2024 drawn from Kotak Mahindra Bank. The same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the appellant for transmission to and encashment by the appellant. As to the maintenance allowance for the month of December, 2024 onward, the learned counsel for the appellant states, the amount may be paid to the appellant directly in her Bank Account.

In view of the above, subject to the appellant informing the respondent about the correct bank details in which the amount is to be paid within a week on his mobile no.8126415509 and E-mail ID - [email protected], the maintenance allowance for the month of December, 2024 may be paid by the respondent in that bank account on or before 31st December, 2024 and further amount be paid by the respondent in that bank account for the month of January, 2024 onward on or before 10th of each month.

1. List again with First Appeal No.141 of 2024 in the week commencing 20.1.2025.
