Shri Ajay Rajput, Advocate holding brief of Shri Shanker Lal Verma, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2&4 and Shri Rajeshwar Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submit that respondent no.4 was appointed guardian of the respondent nos.2&3 and now the respondent nos.2&3 have become major, therefore this appeal has lost its efficacy and it may be dismissed accordingly.
Shri Ram Kewal Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 that the respondent nos.2&3 has become major, therefore this appeal has lost its efficacy.
In view of above, this appeal has lost its efficacy and no purpose will be served by keeping it pending.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed .
