Heard Shri Vidya Dhar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the appellants and Shri Prateek Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he does not want to file any objection to the appeal and his objection filed before the trial court is already on record, which he will rely in his arguments.
This appeal has been filed against the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in Civil Suit No.384 of 2024 (Raj Narain and Others Vs. Manoj Kumar and Others) by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mohanlalganj, Lucknow by means of which the application for interim injunction (6-C of the appellant) has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the appellants, after arguing at some length, submits that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed. To which there is no objection by the other side.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
