Instant defective Criminal Revision has been preferred against the impugned judgment/order dated 25.08.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhadohi, Gyanpur in Maintenance Case No. F249 of 2019 ( Nagina Devi vs. Pinkesh alias Pintu). By the impugned judgment/order learned court be has awarded maintenance to the minor son of Respondent No.2 who claims to be wife of Revisionist.
As per report of Stamp Reporting Section the present revision is delayed by 540 days.
None has appeared on behalf of opposite party no.2. to file objection on the application for condonation of delay.
