1. This is no application seeking condonation of delay in preferring the instant criminal revision.
2. Heard Shri Karunakar Srivastava, learned counsel for the revisionist/ applicant and learned A.G.A. for the Staterespondent.
3. Office report reveals that there is a delay of 479 days in preferring the instant criminal revision, which according to learned counsel for the revisionist/ applicant Shri Karunakar Srivastava, learned counsel is not correctly computed by the Office. His submission is that an application seeking recall of order dated 24.04.2023, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Shrawasti in Criminal Misc. Case No.09/11/2022, Smt. Santosh Gupta vs. Stantosh Gupta, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Ikauna, District Shrawasti, came to be rejected vide order dated 03.10.2024, therefore, the office has not correctly computed the period of limitation.
