This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the criminal revision.

Heard.

Learned A.G.A. and Shri Surendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsels for the respondents does not intend to file any objection to the application for condonation of delay.

The reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are sufficient.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay in filing the criminal revision is hereby condoned.

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and Shri Surendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsels for the respondents.

Shri Surendra Kumar Yadav states that respondents no. 2 is willing to go before mediation center of this Court in order to settle the dispute.

Considering the aforesaid let the parties appear before mediation center of this Court on 27.09.2024 which is the date suggested by both learned counsels appearing for the parties.

Let the mediation center of this Court make an endeavor to submit its report within next 8 weeks.

List this case in the week commencing 09.12.2024 as fresh indicating the name of Shri Surendra Kumar Yadav in the cause list from the side of respondents.

Let an amount of Rs 25000/- be remitted by Office to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court within a week of which an

amount of Rs 22500/- be released in favour of respondent no. 2 on her first appearance before Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

As the respondent no. 2 has to come from outside Lucknow as such let amount of Rs 500 per day of appearance be given to her by the revisionist except on the first date of appearance.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
