2. No one has appeared on behalf of opposite party No.2 despite the fact that the name of Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, Advocate, has been shown in the cause list.

3. However, Sri Lalji Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Amit Kumar Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. for the State/ opposite party No.1 are present.

4. Learned counsel for the revisionist has very fairly submitted that the matter was referred to Mediation Centre of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court. He submits that the mediation proceedings are still pending and the report thereof is awaited.

5. Having regard to aforesaid fact, list this case in the week commencing 18.11.2024 alongwith the report of Mediation Centre.
