Sri Arun Kumar, Advocate files his Vakalatnama today in Court on behalf of respondent no. 2 be kept on record.
Sri Arun Kumar, Advocate states that as per his instructions, the respondent no. 2 is willing to go for mediation center of this Court and also try to settle the differences between the parties.
Considering the aforesaid, let the parties concerned appear before the mediation center of this Court on 30.08.2024.
The mediation center of this Court shall endevour to submit its report within next four weeks.
The amount of Rs. 20,000/- which has been deposited by the revisionist would be remitted to the mediation center of this Court by the office within a week. From the aforesaid amount, an amount of Rs. 15,000/would be given to the respondent no. 2 on her first appearance before the mediation center of this Court.
