1. Heard.
2. In pursuance to the order dated 24.07.2024, the respondent No.2 is present who is identified by Shri Umang Agarwal, Advocate who states that respondent No.2 is willing to go for mediation.
3. The parties are directed to remain present before the Mediation Centre on 03.09.2024 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
4. Let the mediation center of this Court make an endeavor to submit its report within four weeks.
5. The office shall transmit the amount of Rs.40,000/- to the Mediation Centre of this Court. From the amount of Rs.40,000/deposited in pursuance to the order dated 24.07.2024, Rs.35,000/shall be released in favour of respondent No.2 on her first appearance. Respondent No.2 is also entitled for an amount of Rs.1,000/- for each of her appearances except her first appearance before the Mediation Centre.
