List of as fresh cases revised. None appears for the revisionist even in the revised call. However, as per office report dated 30.08.2024 an amount of Rs.27,000/- has been deposited by the revisionist.

Sri Ram Singh, learned counsel, files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents no.2, 3 and 4, which is taken on record.

Sri Singh on the basis of instructions states that respondent no.2 is willing to go for mediation.

The amount of Rs.27,000/- under deposit before this Court in terms of earlier order of this Court be remitted to the Mediation Center of this Court out of which Rs.25,000/- shall be paid to respondent no.2 on her first appearance before the Mediation Center of this Court.

Let the parties appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 23.09.2024.

It is also provided that as the respondent no.2 has to come to Lucknow from Ambedkar Nagar to attend the mediation proceedings as such revisionist shall also pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the respondent no.2 on every date as and when she is required to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court, except first date.

Mediation Center of this Court would make an endeavour to submit its report within a period of eight weeks.

List this case in the week commencing 02.12.2024 as fresh indicating the name of Sri Ram Singh, learned counsel, in the cause list from the side of the respondents.

Respondent no.2 need not appear again unless specially called for.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
