Sri Ajey Kumar, learned counsel for the revisionist, after arguing at some length, states that he does not intend to press the instant revision and intends to file a revision before the learned court below and prays that the instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
Certified copy of the order impugned be returned as per rules.
