1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent no.1 and Sri Priyanshu Awasthi, learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3.

1. Sri Awasthi on the basis of instructions states that respondents no.2 & 3 are willing to go for mediation.

1. Considering the aforesaid, the amount of Rs.25,000/deposited before this Court in terms of order of this Court dated 12.08.2024 be remitted to the Mediation Center of this Court out of which Rs.20,000/- shall be paid to respondent no.2 on her first appearance before the Mediation Center of this Court.

1. Let the parties appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 18.09.2024.

1. It is also provided that as the respondent no.2 has to come to Lucknow from Unnao to attend the mediation proceedings as such revisionist shall also pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the respondent no.2 on every date as and when she is required to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court, except first date.
