The present revision has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 13.05.2024 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Raibareli in Criminal Case No. 1354 of 2022 (Smt. Meena and Another Vs. Vimal Kumar), under Section 125 CrPC.
The amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 has been deposited, as appears from office report dated 13.08.2024 as also copy of the tender on record.
The revisionist and opposite party No. 2 are present before this Court who have been duly identified by their respective counsels and they are ready to settle their dispute amicably through mediation.
Considering the aforesaid, as also the that the parties are ready to settle their dispute amicably through mediation, let the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 04.09.2024 . The parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the date fixed. The amount deposited by the revisionist shall be released in favour of the opposite party No. 2/ Smt. Meena.
List/put up this case before this Court on 15.10.2024 as fresh along with mediation report.
Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in issue against the revisionist shall be kept in abeyance.
