Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the respondent no. 1 and Shri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 and 3.

This is an application for extension of time.

¶7

The contention of learned counsel for the revisionist is that this Court vide order dated 04.07.2024 had granted 10 days' time to deposit an amount of Rs 25000/-.

It is contented that although the demand draft for the aforesaid amount was prepared but it was prepared beyond two days of time given by this Court. A copy of demand draft is annexure 2 to the application.

Shri Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 and 3 has no objection to the time being extended.

The application is allowed.

Consequently the time provided in the order dated 04.07.2024 is extended.

It is provided that in case the revisionist deposits the demand draft as per directions of this Court dated 04.07.2024 within two days from today then he would be entitled for the benefit of order of this Court dated 04.07.2024.

Further it is agreed to by both the learned counsels for the parties that the parties would appear before the mediation center of this Court on 23.08.2024 i.e. the date agreed to by both learned counsels for the parties.

Let the mediation center of this Court make an endeavor to submit its report within next four weeks of the parties appearing before it.

List this case in the week commencing 15.10.2024 as fresh indicating the name of Shri Shri Santosh Kumar Tripathi in the cause list from the side of the respondents.

Till the next date of listing no coercive action shall be taken against the revisionist in pursuance to the order impugned.

The amount of interim maintenance be paid by the revisionist month to month.

The order dated 04.07.2024 stands modified accordingly.
