This criminal revision is filed against the impugned judgement and order dated 30.5.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/ Additional Special Judge (POCSO Act), court no. 2, Mathura whereby revisionists have been summoned under section 319 Cr.P.C. to face trial for charge under sections 363, 366, 120-B IPC and section 16/17 of POCSO Act and section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA.
Issue notice to respondent no. 2 to 4 returnable at an early date.
Learned AGA shall ensure service of notice on respondent nos. 2 to 4 at his own end.
