the trial and to make sincere efforts for expeditious disposal of the session trial, however, one last opportunity to make sincere efforts for time-bound disposal of the session trial is granted to the trial court. The learned trial court shall make all endeavour to decide the session trial within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if possible fixing dates for hearing / evidence on day-to-day basis.
