The order dated 17.05.2024 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 1, Kanpur Nagar in Case No. 12219 of 2019 whereby the discharge application of the revisionist has been rejected, is the subject matter of challenge in the present case.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that in the order dated 17.05.2024, 14.06.2024 was the date fixed for framing of charge against the revisionist.
On putting query in this regard, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he is not aware as to whether charge has been framed against the revisionist or not.
Let a report be called for from the concerned Presiding Officer with regard to present status of trial of the revisionist.
