The instant matter relates to POCSO Act and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
Learned Government Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of the State of U.P./opposite party no. 1.
Let a notice be issued to opposite party Nos. 2 and 4 within five days by FAX through Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned, who will ensure service of notice upon opposite party Nos. 2 and 4 and submit report by the next date fixed in the matter.
Steps be taken within a week.
Four weeks' time is granted to the opposite parties to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed by the revisionist within two weeks thereafter.
