The order dated 08.12.2023, passed by learned Civil Judge (J.D.), F.T.C. (C.A.W.), Mainpur in Criminal Case No. 1652 of 2022 whereby the complaint of the revisionist has been dismissed under Section 203 Cr.P.C., is the subject matter of challenge in the present case.
On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that since the opposite party no. 2 has died, therefore, cause of this criminal revisionist has lost its efficacy.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
