Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that in case the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court, the dispute between the parties is likely to be settled.
In compliance of orders dated 10.4.2024 and 2.5.2024, respondent No.2 Jagpati Devi is present before the Court. She has stated that she has no objection to settle the dispute outside the court in the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court with the revisionist who is also present before the Court. The revisionist Ram Sundar has undertaken to deposit Rs.1 lac within a month from today before the Mediation Centre.
The revisionist and respondent No.2 shall appear before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court on 11.6..2024. The revisionist shall deposit a sum of Rs.1 lac within one month from today in Mediation Centre of this Court which shall be released in favour of respondent No.2 as and when she appears before the Mediation Centre. The Mediation Centre of this Court shall submit a report within three months thereafter to this Court.
Till the next date of listing, the impugned proceedings arising out of judgment and order dated 6.1.2024 passed by Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court-IV, Sultanpur (Jagpati Devi and another versus Ram Sundar) in case No.119 of 2018 under section 125 CrPC shall remain stayed.
It is made clear that in case the deposit is not made, as directed
above, interim protection granted vide this order shall stand withdrawn.
