- The present criminal revision has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 28.03.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur in Case No. 244 of 2019 (Smt. Sanyukta Shahi and others Vs. Vikesh Shahi) where by application under Section 125 Cr.P.C has been partly allowed and the revisionist is directed to pay Rs. 3500/- p.m as maintenance to opposite party no. 2 and Rs. 2500/- p.m as maintenance to opposite party no. 3 from the date of filling of application.
