- The present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 25.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 3, Agra in Case No. 383 of 2020 where by application under Section 125 Cr.P.C moved by opposite party no. 2 has been allowed and the revisionist is directed to pay Rs. 15000/- p.m from the date of application and Rs. 18,000/- p.m as maintenance from the date of judgement and order.
