The trial court has fixed on maintenance an amount of Rs.4,000/- per month after consideration of all the relevant factors. No interference is called for in the amount so fixed.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that learned trial court neglected to consider the various relevant facts including the financial status and assets of the parties while passing the impugned order. One son of the applicant is staying with him and the other son is with the estranged wife of the revisionist.

Considering the economic status and liabilities of the revisionist, the maintenance amount is being fixed at Rs.3,000/- per month. The arrears shall be calculated accordingly by the trial court, and shall be paid by the revisionist within one year from today.

Subject to the payment of the aforesaid amounts, the impugned order dated 17.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.200 of 2019 (Nikhil Kumar Vs. Lava

Kumar Baranwal), under Section 127 Cr.P.C., shall remain stayed.

List after six weeks.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned District Judge, Sultanpur for compliance by E- mail.
