Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J.
The order dated 30.04.2024 passed by learned trial court whereby the PW-5 was summoned in exercise of powers under Section 311 Cr.P.C. is the subject matter of challenge in the present case.
On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that since the PW-5 has been examined during the pendency of this case, therefore, the cause of this criminal revision has lost its efficacy, hence, the same has become infructuous.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant Criminal Revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
