- In view of above, connect this application with Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 39496 of 2023 (Arjun Ram Vs. State of U.P. and another).
- Matter shall accordingly re-appear along with aforementioned application on the date fixed in aforementioned application.
