Heard Sri Raghvendra Singh, the learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Vyas, the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.
By means of the instant revision filed under Section 19 (4) of the Family Court Act the revisionist has challenged the impugned order dated 08.02.2024, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda, whereby the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the revisionist has been dismissed.
Issue notice to the opposite party no.2, returnable at an early date. Steps for service of notice shall be taken by the revisionist within three days from today.
The opposite parties may file their counter affidavit within a period of two weeks.
