1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri A.K. Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the application seeking maintenance, moved by the present revisionist, has come to be awarded maintenance at the rate of Rs. 13,000/- per month, which, according to him, is on the lower side, having regard to the monthly income of opposite party No. 2, which is Rs. 60,000/- per month. Therefore, it is prayed that the impugned order be modified by enhancing the monthly maintenance accordingly.
3. Issue notice to opposite party No.2, returnable at an early date.
4. Steps be taken within a week.
5. List this case in the week commencing 20.01.2025.
