Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The present revision has been filed by the revisionist for the following prayer:-

"Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the jdugment/order dated 05.08.2024 passed by the Principal Judge of Family Court Unnao in case no. 1902022 (Bitol & another vs. Sandeep Kumar) under section 125 Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the revisionist stated that the revisionist is ready to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation, as such, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court so as to carve possibility of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties and to show the bonafide, he says that the applicants are ready to deposit an amount to the tune of Rs. 30,000/- before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

In view of above, it is provided that the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 17.12.2024. The revisionist shall deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court within 15 days from today, which shall be released in favour of the opposite party No.2/Smt. Bitola forthwith.

Issue notice, returnable at an early date. Steps in this regard be taken within four working days.

List/put up this case before this Court on 17.01.2025 within top 30 cases alongwith mediation report.

Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in issue shall be kept in abeyance qua the revisionist.

In case, the amount aforesaid is not deposited and steps are not taken by the revisionist within the specified time, the interim protection

granted by this Court shall not be available to the revisionist.

It is made clear that in case settlement is not arrived at between the parties, the benefit of this order would not be available to the revisionist.
