Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and Sri Abhisar Dev, learned counsel who has filed power on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 submits that revisionist had earlier challenged the impugned order by filing Application U/s 482 No.2079 of 2024 and this Court passed a detailed order on 05.03.2024 rejecting the application by observing that the Family Court concerned has rightly considered the legal aspect of the case after applying its judicial mind. He further submits that once the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the same impugned order has been considered and rejected by this Court, the present revision would not lie and the revisionist has misused the process of law.

Learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 is directed to file objection against the application for condonaton of delay within two weeks. Liberty is also granted to him to raise the issue in the nature of preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the revision.
