2. Ms. Pragati Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
3. The revisionist, Akhilesh Kumar, is also present before this Court in person.
4. On 22.10.2024, this Court has passed the following order :-
" 1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. Issue notice to opposite party No.2, returnable at an early date.
3. Steps be filed within a week.
4. List this case on 06.12.2024. On which date, the revisionist and opposite party No.2 shall appear in person before this Court so that the possibility of amicable settlement of their dispute through the process of mediation may be explored.
5. It is made clear that there is no interim order operating in this matter."
5. Pursuant to aforesaid order dated 22.10.2024, notice was issued to opposite party No.2, which is reported to be sufficient as per office report dated 22.11.2024. However, the opposite party No.2 is not present before this Court or no one has put in appearance on her behalf, when the matter was taken up for hearing.
6. Thus, in aforesaid view of the matter, list this case in the week commencing 03.02.2025.
7. Meanwhile, opposite party No.2 may file counter affidavit, if she is so advised.
