Heard Sri Ashish Raman Mishra, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Vyas, the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Krishna Kumar Verma, the learned counsel for the private opposite parties.

The instant criminal revision has been filed under Section 19 (4) of the Family Court Act, 1984 challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 02.11.2023, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge-I, Family Court Bahraich in Case No.514/11/2022: Smt. Sitapati and others Vs. Ram Baboo, under Section 128 Cr.P.C.

Sri Krishna Kumar Verma, the learned counsel for the opposite parties no.2 and 3 states that the opposite party no.2 is willing to make efforts for settlement of dispute through the process of mediation.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, where the parties will appear on 01.04.2024. On his first appearance the revisionist will deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- in the Mediation & Conciliation Centre towards expenses of mediation. The Mediation & Conciliation Centre is requested to conclude the mediation process within a period of eight weeks and submit a report

before this court.

List this case in the week commencing 20.05.2024.

As an interim measure, it is provided that till the next date of listing the operation and implementation of impugned judgment and order dated 02.11.2023, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge-I, Family Court Bahraich in Case No.514/11/2022: Smt. Sitapati and others Vs. Ram Baboo, under Section 128 Cr.P.C. shall remain in abeyance.
