Sri Suresh Kumar Yadav, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondent no.4 today in Court and the same is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

Petitioner-Chhaya Gautam and respondent no.4-Bhanuchandra Gautam are present in person before this Court today and are identified by their counsel.

Petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties concerned to take necessary action for mediation of petitioner with her husband/opposite party no.4 and her family members in the interest of justice.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that there are chances of amicable settlement through mediation, therefore, he prays that the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Having regard to the facts of the case, we are of the opinion that a chance can be taken to get the issues between the parties settled through the process of mediation.

In view thereof, the parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court at Lucknow on 06.01.2025 at 11:00 A.M. The mediation proceedings shall be conducted and concluded with expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the first date of session. Parties shall cooperate in the mediation proceedings. No parties shall take unnecessary adjournment. After completion of the mediation proceedings, a report of the mediator shall be submitted before this Court.

List this case before this Court in last week of February, 2025 showing name of Sri Suresh Kumar Yadav, Advocate as counsel for respondent no.4.
