Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main relief:

"i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party No.2 to 4 to properly investigate as well as to transfer the investigation relating to Crime No.168/2024, Under Sections 109(1), BNS-2023, Police Station-Nigoha, District-Lucknow to any other agency of police or CBCID such as Special Team of Police or by Deputy Investigating Team Superintendent of Police is being annexed herewith as ANNEXURE NO.1 to this writ petition.

ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party No.2 to 4 to arrest the opposite party No.5 to 6 in pursuance of First Information Report lodged in Crime No.168/2024, Under Section 109(1), BNS-2023, Police Station-Nigoha, DistrictLucknow is being annexed herewith as ANNEXURE NO.1 to this writ petition.

iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No.2 to 4 to provide protection to danger of life of the petitioner and petitioner family so that petitioner may live peaceful life."

The Investigating Officer concerned is directed to file his personal affidavit with regard to active investigation made in the case within a period of four weeks from today.
