The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main reliefs:-
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned FIR bearing Case Crime No. 1106/2023 dated 04.12.2023 against the Petitioner lodged by the Opposite Party No. 4 under Sections 467,468,471,419,420 of I.P.C., at Police StationKotwali Nagar, District- Sultanpur as contained in Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Parties not to arrest the Petitioner in Case Crime No. 1106/2023, under Sections 467,468,471,419,420 of I.P.C., at Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Sultanpur.
