Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State/respondents and perused the record.

By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 24.06.2024, registered at F.I.R./Case Crime No.0317/2024, for the offence under Sections 323, 506 I.P.C., at Police Station Sushant Golf City, District - Lucknow.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and the F.I.R. has been lodged with some misunderstanding. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute and a deed of compromise has been filed and the said compromise be sent for verification.

In view of the above circumstances, let the compromise deed be sent before the Senior Registrar for verification.

Both the parties will appear before the Senior Registrar on 9th August, 2024 for verification of the compromise.
