Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State/respondents and perused the record.

By means of this petition, the petitioners have sought quashing of First Information Report dated 29.06.2024, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R.No.0208/2024, under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Sandila, District - Hardoi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the matter. The dispute involved in the case is purely civil in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that in the similar facts and circumstances, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already granted interim protection vide order dated 16.05.2023 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.3303 of 2023. Petitioners may also be granted the same relief.

In view of the above circumstances, connect this case with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.3303 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents pray for and are granted three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

In view of the above, it is provided that till the next date of listing or till submission of the Police Report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C., if any, before the Competent Court, whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners (Dr. Vandana Shukla, Braham Prakash Gupta @ B.P. Gupta, Rajesh Singh, Rajesh Mittal, Sushil Kumar Sharma, Rajendra Sahay Pandey, Nisha

Gupta, Raj Singh, Satish Singh Chauhan and Ravi Shanker Awasthi), in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 29.06.2024, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R.No.0208/2024, under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Sandila, District - Hardoi, shall remain stayed, of course, subject to the restraint that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when called upon to assist in the investigation.
